- Analyze HR data and conduct market research to identify areas for improvement;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize HR processes;
- Build an analytical system for tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPI);
- Monitor and improve HR initiatives by creating clear documentation for internal use;
- Use data to identify trends and opportunities, making data-based decisions for continuous improvement of HR processes;
- To train managers and business partners in the effective use of metrics and decision-making based on data;
- Stay on top of industry trends and proactively seek feedback to improve the HR experience.
We need your professional experience:
- Have at least 3+ years of proven experience in HR analysis or similar positions;
- Have experience in conducting market research and HR data collection methods;
- Be able to create clear and concise documentation;
- Have thorough knowledge of Excel and SQL (or similar programming languages);
- Have a level of English not lower than average (Intermediate);
- Knowledge of HR tools and technologies is an added advantage.
