HR analyst in Comfy

The HR Analyst (Power BI) is a key position in our HR team, playing an important role in the collection, analysis and visualization of personnel data, which significantly enhances the effectiveness of decision-making in the implementation of the HR strategy. What will you do?:Collect and analyze personnel data from various sources, including SQL, 1C and other HR systems.Create reports in Power BI based on key business indicators and HR metrics as requested by the manager.Collaborate with HR departments on creating reports, taking into account their features and creating the best user path. Develop and implement new analytical models when developing reports. What will you need?: Experience working with HR analytics and reports from 2 years. Knowledge of SQL and 1C. Experience working with Power BI. Excellent analytical and visualization skills. Ability to communicate information clearly and succinctly orally and in writing, hypothesize and form conclusions.
