HR Analyst in EvoPlay

Responsibilities: Preparation of HR reports (staffing, turnover, selection and hiring of personnel, efficiency of personnel management, etc.); Preparation of regular and special reports for internal users; Analysis of HR metrics and construction of forecasts based on data; Conducting and analyzing research in the HR field (loyalty, involvement, satisfaction, emotional burnout of staff, etc.); Cooperation with HR partners in order to monitor the effectiveness of adopted HR practices and provide recommendations for their improvement; Proposal of new areas of HR analytics in the company, as well as methods of automating the collection and consolidation of primary data; Cooperation with the team for the development of corporate C&B. Requirements: Experience working as an analyst; Advanced level of mastery of Excel (complex formulas, working with arrays, pivot tables, Power Query, etc.); Knowledge of stages analysis, processing, systematization and interpretation of data; It will be a plus: Completed higher mathematical, technical, economic education; Knowledge of Power BI; Willingness to grow and develop in the direction of HR analytics.
