We are looking for an HR analyst who sees numbers in more than just reports.

Someone who can turn data into solutions, and analytics to strategy. If you believe that data is the heart of effective HR, this role is for you. 3 years of work experience as an analyst (in any field).

What you will do:

• Organize the process of collecting HR data for further analysis and reporting.
• Systematize, clean and unify information from various sources.
• Analyze data, create reports, presentations and analytical models.
• Optimize processes, develop analytical tools and make forecasts calculations.
• Participate in projects to improve the company's analytical practices and digital HR solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams (HR, finance, management) to implement data-driven approaches.
• Form analytical recommendations to improve the efficiency of HR processes.
