HR analyst

Key skills:

• Higher education;
• Work experience of 2 years in a similar position;
• C&B work experience of 1 year;
• MSSQL – the ability to write simple queries will be advantage.
• MS Office - expert level;
• Power BI / VBA - high level;
• SQL - basic level.

Your tasks will be:

• Development and maintenance of HR-dashboard;
• Improvement of HR-reporting in Power BI;
• Modeling and analysis of reward systems;
• Calculation of the economic effect of implementation of reward systems, modeling and retrospective analysis during their development;
• Calculation of the number of personnel;
• Creation and further improvement of the method of calculation of the number of personnel for all categories of personnel;
• Calculation of the bonus part with different frequency (month, quarter, year);
• Collection of data for calculation by all divisions of the company. Unification of calculation methodology.
