What do we entrust to you?

• Collection, processing and analysis of HR data (recruiting, labor market monitoring, turnover, etc.)
• Preparation of regular reports for of management
• Building forecasts and recommendations based on data
• Optimizing HR processes through analytics
• Supporting the HR team in making decisions based on data

What do we expect from you?

• Experience in HR analytics or related roles (Business/Data Analyst) from 1st year
• Confident mastery of Excel/Google Sheets (advanced level)
• Understanding the basics of HR processes and metrics
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, ability to work with large data sets
• Communication and ability to clearly present results
