We are looking for an HR analyst in the personnel management department." 400">

Your main tasks will be:

• Collection, analysis and interpretation of data on personnel performance.
• Formation of an evaluation model and analysis of HR metrics.
• Formation of indicators in the part of selection, evaluation and staff training.
• Development and implementation of analytical reports to evaluate HR processes and initiatives.
• Analysis of indicators of engagement, staff turnover, productivity and training effectiveness.
• Preparation of recommendations for improving HR strategies and processes based on the received data.
• Conducting regular analyzes of personnel costs and forecasting needs in resources.

We will be glad to see you in the team if you:

• Have a higher education in the field of economics, personnel management, statistics or related specialties;
• Have experience in HR analyst from 2 years;
• You have knowledge of the main indicators of personnel efficiency and methods of their analysis.
• You have Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) at a high level, experience with BI tools.
• You have knowledge of the principles of big data processing and statistical analysis.
• Attention to details, you have an analytical mindset, the ability to work with large volumes information.
• Able to work in a team and communicate effectively with different departments.
• Have a high level of multitasking and independence;
• Organized and persistent.
