We are currently looking for an HR analyst in the direction of the compensation and benefits (C&B) system for our client - one of the largest and dynamic manufacturing companies in the food industry, which offers unique products and steadily strengthens its position in the national market. The company develops and promotes brands trusted by consumers and ensures their successful representation in national retail networks.
What you will do:
- Develop and implement compensation and benefit programs for the company's employees.
- Analysis of the effectiveness of current systems and forms of labor payment.
- Manage the process of administration of compensation and benefits for employees.
- Support and updating of the management system by goals, development of key performance indicators for divisions.
- Conducting research and market analysis to ensure the competitiveness of compensation packages and wages salary
- Budgeting and planning of the number of personnel, FOT and other personnel costs.
- Ensure interaction with other divisions of the company to optimize processes in the field of C&B.
Experience required:
- Higher education in the field of HR or economics.
- Work experience in a similar position of 3 years or more, preferably in a manufacturing enterprise.
- In-depth knowledge of legislation: with nation of the PKU, basics of civil law, labor, financial, economic legislation.
- Knowledge of motivation and payment systems.
- Experience in developing bonus and motivational systems systems.
- Ability to work with a large amount of information and analyze data.
