Duties:

- Proposal of new areas of HR analytics in the company, as well as ways to automate the collection and consolidation of primary data;
- Cooperation with the team for the development of corporate C&B.
Requirements:
- Experience work as an analyst;
- Advanced level of mastering Excel (complex formulas, working with arrays, pivot tables, Power Query, etc.);
- Knowledge of the stages of analysis, processing, systematization and interpretation data;
Will be a plus: - Graduated higher mathematical, technical, economic education;
- Knowledge of Power BI ;
- The desire to grow and develop in the direction of HR analytics.
