What to do:< /b>

• Preparation of reports in the direction of HR (staffing, turnover, selection and hiring of personnel, efficiency of personnel management, etc.) .
• Preparation of regular and special reports for internal users.
• Analysis of HR metrics and construction of forecasts based on data.
• Conducting and analyzing research in the HR area (loyalty, involvement, satisfaction, emotional burnout of staff, etc.).
• Cooperation with HR partners with the aim of monitoring the effectiveness of adopted HR practices and providing recommendations for their improvement.
• Proposing new directions HR analytics in the company, as well as ways to automate the collection and consolidation of primary data.
• Cooperation with the team for the development of corporate C&B.

What you need for this:

• Experience as an analyst.
• Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, working with arrays, pivot tables, Power Query, etc.).
< li>Knowledge of the stages of analysis, processing, systematization and interpretation of data.

It will be a plus:

• Graduated higher mathematical, technical, economic education.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Desire to grow and develop in the direction of HR analytics.

The main communication in this position will be with the team leader. But in general, the interaction will be with almost the entire HR structure.
