  • Preparation of reports in the direction of HR (staffing, turnover, selection and hiring of personnel, efficiency of personnel management, etc.) .
  • Preparation of regular and special reports for internal users.
  • Analysis of HR metrics and construction of forecasts based on data.
  • Conducting and analyzing research in the HR area (loyalty, involvement, satisfaction, emotional burnout of staff, etc.).
  • Cooperation with HR partners with the aim of monitoring the effectiveness of adopted HR practices and providing recommendations for their improvement.
