Main functions and tasks:
- Management of employment documents , maintaining personnel contracts and other documentation related to personnel management.
- Maintenance of military personnel records (possible without experience, the main thing is to have a desire to work with new information and analyze changes)
- Organization and conduct of onboarding;
- Organization of educational events and trainings for personnel.
- Keeping orders for vacation, business trip, sick leave in the personnel program. Preparation of timesheets twice a month.
- Agreement of the contract, execution of relevant documents (orders/letters/etc.).
- Search and analysis of information upon request.
- Working with personnel reports.
- Supporting corporate culture and helping to create a comfortable and favorable working environment. Development and organization of corporate events.
- Cooperation with other departments of the company to ensure the fulfillment of strategic goals.
- Introduction of internal communication;
- Conducting a survey;
- li>Conducting tenders upon request;
Requirements for the candidate:
- Experience in a similar position (from 2 years in the field HR):
- Graduate higher education;
- Excellent knowledge of PC (MS Office, Power Point, INTERNET);
- Knowledge and experience in the field of HR, work experience with personnel document management;
- Knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine;
- Responsibility, attentiveness in working with numbers and information, high level of communication and skills of cooperation with different groups of people. Ability to keep confidential information;
- Ability to work with deadlines and prioritize, multi-tasking, self-organization;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems independently.
- Excellent skills in keeping documentation and using HR software.
- Preparation of presentations, videos as needed.
- Knowledge of the English language (not lower thanupper< /strong>intermediate), sufficient for communication.
- Proactiveness, openness to cooperation with the team, love for one's work .
- Ability to resolve conflict situations;
- Ability to quickly navigate the situation;
- Ability to establish and maintain contact with colleagues.
- Ability to monotonous, routine work without reducing its quality;
