HR Administrator - Headquarter in SKELAR

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies according to the rules of the venture investment world. Together with the co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win on global markets.

Now we are looking for an HR Administrator

A little more about the HR team: This is a team that is convinced that SKELAR after 5 years is the result of our actions. starting today, starting with working on team capacity, effective processes and, of course, developing a high-performance culture. Currently, there are 10 HR specialists in the team, and there are plans to expand further.

What challenges await:
— Work with HRMS (HiBob and PeopleForce): data filling, administration, configuration, generating reports from systems, etc.
— Ownership of the Pre-boarding process.
— Work with employee insurance (interaction with contractors, formation guides, employee consultations).
— Close cooperation with HR, Recruitment, Finance, Legal & HelpDesk departments to ensure coordinated implementation of all processes and smooth business operation.
— Active participation in the implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
— Consultation of employees on HR policies, procedures and processes.

What is important to us:
— Experience in implementing and working with CRM systems.
— Excellent problem-solving skills.
— High stress resistance and adaptability to changes.
— High ownership for working with projects, attention to details, proactivity and persistence.
— Effective communication skills (can negotiate, argue your point of view, find win-win solutions, work with feedback as a tool, manage communications at the level team/working group);
