- Filing dismissals in accordance with labor legislation;
- Ensuring full compliance of HR processes with the requirements of labor legislation and internal policies;
- Conducting disciplinary liability procedures (recording of violations, preparation of orders);
- Formation of certificates, confirmations of employment, seniority reports and other documents at the request of employees or management;
- Ensuring proper organization and safe storage of personal files;
- Maternity leave support (registration, accounting, interaction with employees and accounting);
- Maintenance of military records of employees in accordance with current legislation;
- Organization of archiving and storage of personnel documents in accordance with legal requirements;
- Observance of document storage deadlines and requirements confidentiality.
- Regular updating and maintenance of the relevance of employee data in the internal system.
- Preparation of reports and analytics regarding the number of personnel, movement of personnel, disciplinary measures and legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of labor legislation (employment contracts, vacations, dismissals, document retention periods);
- Knowledge of procedures keeping military records in accordance with current legislation;
- High level of responsibility when working with personal data;
- Ability to interact professionally with government agencies;
- Microsoft Office Excel (ability to generate reports).
- Knowledge of the English language at a basic level.
