- Preparation, management and control of HR documentation:
- applications (recruitment, leave, transfer, dismissal),
- contracts, additional agreements, certificates, orders.
- Maintenance of military records in accordance with current legislation.
- Organization and control of document flow through Vchasno.
- Update and maintenance of data in HR-systems, in particular PeopleForce (basic administration).
- Coordination of onboarding processes: access, equipment, communication with internal teams.
- Accounting for vacations, sick leave and other types of absence in PeopleForce.
- Interaction with payroll / accounting: transfer of data on vacations, sick days, personnel changes.
- Control of correctness and completeness of employee documents.
- Support of HR initiatives, internal events and HR projects.
- Compliance with internal company policies and gambling industry requirements.
HR Administrator / HR Assistant / People Operations - from 1 year.Practical experience of working with PeopleForce (required).Understanding of basic HR processes and personnel administration.Experience of working with personnel documentation and electronic document flow.Attention attention to detail, structure and responsibility.Ability to work with confidential information.Confident command of Google Workspace / MS Office.Understanding and basic experience with CRM / HRM systems:PeopleForce, CleverStaff, HURMA (or similar).
Will be a plus:
- Experience of working in gambling industry or food IT company.
- Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine.
- Experience of working with ATS and other HRM systems.
