HR Administrator in MacPaw

You will work closely with our Senior HR Partners to provide support to the MacPaw team members by administrating and maintaining various HR processes to enhance workforce engagement and productivity.

This role is crucial in supporting the business growth in alignment with our human-centered approach to people management.

In this role, you will:

• Run orientation and onboarding processes for newcomers by informing and guiding them during the probation period, scheduling needed meetings, providing acquaintance with the HR systems, and supporting the process of probation period closing
• Administrate the process of performance review for dedicated teams, organize and coordinate related activities (planning, communication, etc.) to facilitate the process and ensure its timeliness
• Ensure all the team member records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status by filling and updating HRIS
• Provide consultations to managers and employees regarding HR-related matters (development review, termination, transfers, education, etc.)
• Draft new and update existing HR policies and processes, identify gaps, analyze the clients' needs, and, based on them, suggest improvements in order to maintain effective communication of the company's procedures
• Participate in HR projects together with a Senior HR Partner, collaborate with relevant colleagues, execute delegated responsibilities, implement approved action plans, and organize related processes

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Experience in HR processes administration
• At least an upper-intermediate level of English
• Ability to work with loads of data and information
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Persistency and readiness to collaborate with different stakeholders
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Result-oriented approach

As a plus:

• Experience in a similar role
• Experience with Confluence or other internal knowledge base tools
• Experience with HiBob, Teamble, or other similar tools
