Come be a part of this journey!BAT UKRAINE IS LOOKING FOR AN HR - ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST (REWARD SPECIALIST)Reward Specialist will provide administrative and operational support within HR Department in the HR Services processes (headcount planning, budgeting, bonus payment, other).ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGEHigher educationExperience in Multinational companies (as a benefit)Languages: Ukrainian, English – upper - intermediate levelGood knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel in particular)Excellent time management skills, high work efficiency, team workAttention to details and accuracyDeadline driven and result-oriented personalityWHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FORSupport in Reward cycle processes (headcount planning, salary review, bonus payment)Support with functional and employment cost budgetingGlobal mobility processes coordination (immigration, relocation, tax) through 3rd party provider.
