About the project
DigitalSuits is looking for a communicative, initiative-driven, and responsible person to join our friendly HR team.
Requirements
— 1+ year of experience in a similar administrative role (experience in an IT company will be a plus);
— Good knowledge of PC, confident user of Google Drive;
— Excellent organizational and data-driven skills with attention to detail;
— Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements;
— Familiarity with organizing events remotely;
— Experience in developing merchandise products and working with vendors;
— Proactive and result-oriented personality;
— Intermediate English.
Responsibilities
Events Coordination:
— Generate Event Ideas: Come up with creative ideas for future events;
— Manage Budgets: Create and oversee event budgets, ensuring we stay within financial limits;
— Work with Vendors: Find and negotiate with event vendors and suppliers;
— Organize Internal Events: Manage and coordinate events remotely.
Assistance in HR Activities:
— Create Merchandise: Generate ideas and manage the process of creating merchandise for teams;
— Send Gifts: Arrange the delivery of Welcome Boxes, Anniversary Gifts, Birthday Gifts, and other items across Ukraine and abroad.
— Send Office Equipment: Send office equipment and supplies when needed;
— Handle Office Budget: Develop, manage, and track the office budget, ensuring all expenses are recorded accurately and remain within allocated limits. Prepare regular budget reports and forecasts to provide clear insights into financial performance;
— Manage Instagram: Maintain the corporate Instagram account and approve the content plan with the Marketing Department;
—Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports (related to activities and events, and progress reports);
— Assist HR Activities: Provide assistance with HR activities as needed.
