We specialize in the development of automated self-service kiosks. In 2019, one of our projects was included in the Guinness World Records as the “Largest Dispensing Point in the World at a Single Location.” We presented a hardware-software complex with 1182 compartments.

What you will do:
Visa processing: - Gather all the requirements and documents from people that need visas;
- Proceed quickly with the embassy’s, fixing appointments.
Documents:
- prepare various contracts and docs for new and current employees and companies;
- organise transportations;
- organize relocations for the employees from A to Z.
Bookings:
- organize and book flights and hotels for employees, managing accurately all the data.
Collaborate:
- Work closely with people, nudging and reminding them what they need to give you:)
- Cooperate with different government and non-government instances, proactively finding solutions;.
- Provide regular data-driven feedback on what’s been done and where you are with it.
Requirements:
- Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role. - Teamwork:
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively and manage everything effectively. - Organization & Data:
Excellent organizational and data-driven skills with an eye to all the details.
You’ll have a chance to build beautiful processes, automate them and have them in one place. - Problem-Solving:
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions. - Adaptability & quickness:
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and be quick. - Technology Skills:
Proficiency in using a data-driven approach and different tools: Jira, Google sheets, etc.
*Upper-Intermediate level of English as you’ll be working with international stakeholders.
