What to do:

< li>Maintenance of personnel records in accordance with current legislation and local regulations
• Formation of reporting and analytics on HR metrics. Development of presentations based on received data
• Pre-boarding of new employees
• Salary review support
• Management and administration of People Force
• Management and administration 1C.
• Keeping records of payments and compensations in accordance with the Learning & Development rules. Consultations of employees on corporate training
• Cross-functional communications with teams of financiers, accountants, lawyers.
• Participation in the development of regulatory and legal acts of a local nature (job descriptions, regulations of departments / services / departments) , staff list
• Prompt and comprehensive monitoring of changes in labor legislation and other normative legal acts that regulate the work of personnel accounting at the enterprise.

What about you:

< li>Experience in keeping personnel records
• Knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine and other regulatory legal acts necessary for the performance of job duties.
• Experience in implementing and working with CRM systems
< li>Knowledge and understanding of HR processes
• Knowledge of Excel and attention to numbers
