Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of office activities.
- Support of meetings, recording and structuring of tasks.
- Drafting schedules and keeping records of working hours (vacations, sick leave)< /li>
- Maintenance of telegram chats of employees.
- Organization and sending of corporate gifts.
- Organization of events, corporate parties, and trainings.
- Support of psychological and moral climate.
- Participation in supporting and improving management processes and initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with internal rules and company policies.
- Resolving conflict situations and ensuring mutual understanding between employees< /li>
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a similar or relevant position.
- Higher education ( professional psychology or management will be an advantage).
- Understanding of basic business processes.
- High organization, responsibility and attention to details.
- Ability to work in a team and to make decisions conflict situations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with employees.
