In close cooperation with the team members and line managers, the Premises Housekeepers Team Leader will supervise a team of housekeepers and ensure that the ICRC premises are clean, and all relevant high quality housekeeping services are provided and fully controlled.Start date: as soon as possibleYour Tasks and ResponsibilitiesEnsuring proper and timely provision of housekeeping services (office, apartments, warehouse)Independently organizing and supervising the team of housekeepersOrganizing work schedules for housekeepersEnsuring that all housekeepers are properly equipped and instructedManaging and delivering the stock of cleaning-related productsProviding instructions and supervising the housekeeping team in organising tea/coffee breaks for internal meetings during usual office hoursManaging the inventories of the ICRC office and residences.
