We build an AI product for hotels: automation of operational processes, communications with guests and integration with hotel systems. We are looking for a person who understands how the hotel actually works, and is able to be a "bridge" between operational logic and development: task setting, testing, project management.
Collect requirements from the hotel/operations team and formulate them into clear tasksfor developers (user stories, acceptance criteria)• Test functionality
Model and describe hotel processes arrival/departure, payments, date changes, no-show, upsale, communications• Assist with integrations at the level of business logic: PMS/Channel Manager/CRM/OTA (Booking, etc.)
Create short documentation: instructions, scripts>> style="font-weight: bold; font-style: normal">Who are we looking for
• administration/management experience in a hotel / aparthotel / chain / management company (1-3+ years)
• Understanding key metrics and processes: occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, rates, calendars, cancellation policies, deposits
• Experience of interaction with IT: setting tasks, testing, working with task manager (Jira/Trello/Notion/ClickUp)
• The ability to write structured and "to the point": scenario > expected result > acceptance criteria
• Independence, systematicity, attention to details
Will be a plus
• Experience with PMS / Channel Manager (Cloudbeds, Opera, Mews, HotelRunner, TravelLine, etc.)
• Basic understanding of integrations and APIs (at a principles level, not necessarily code)
• Experience in product launch, B2B customer support, hotel onboarding
