Requirements for the assistant coordinator of the project "Care at home"< /p>

• Responsibility, attentiveness, ability to work with a large amount of information
• Confident PC user.
• Ability to work with documents.
• Excellent knowledge of the Ukrainian language.
• Having a driver's license .V, a confident driver of a car with a manual gearbox with at least 3 years of experience.

Functional responsibilities

• Assistance in ongoing activities within the framework of the health care program "Response - Home care and support for the elderly, persons with disabilities and their families". 
• Assistance in the coordination of social assistants of the Kyiv regional organization of the Red Cross Society in order to ensure the quality provision of social, household and hygienic services to wards;
• Providing methodological support to social assistants of the Kyiv regional organization of the Red Cross Society for the performance of tasks. 
• Assistance in carrying out a systematic analysis of the state of execution of the tasks provided for by the projects and evaluation of the measures taken. 
• Assistance in timely submission of reports in full, according to approved forms. 
• Participation in monitoring work.

Conditions:

• Mon-Fri from 09:00 to 18:00;
• work in the office;
• trial period is 3 months.
