Kirovohrad regional organization of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine announces a competition for the vacant position of "Assistant with care at home". We are looking for an employee who will strengthen the Society's team in the implementation of important programs of the project to help the population of Ukraine.

Requirements for a candidate for the position:

• Developed organizational and executive skills;
• Initiative, energy, decency, punctuality;
• Strategic and analytical thinking;
• Good communication skills, experience in communicating with different categories of people, tact and diplomacy;
• Knowledge of working in office programs (MS Office);
• Able to use all types of e-mail;
• Proficiency in the Ukrainian language;
• Ability to cope with stress (stress resistance);

Main duties:

• Participation in the planning of activities of the "Care at home" direction;
• Assistance in the coordination of the work of social assistants and volunteers of the Kirovohrad regional organization of the TCHHU to ensure the quality performance of project tasks;
• Assisting the project coordinator in establishing effective cooperation with state institutions and public organizations to ensure effective and coordinated actions for the implementation of project activities;
• Supporting the provision of current activities within the framework of the programs "Care at home and support for the elderly, persons with disabilities and their families";
• Provision of methodological information, assistance in organizing workshops, trainings and work meetings for the implementation of project tasks;
• Assistance in carrying out a systematic analysis of the state of implementation of tasks that are foreseen projects and activity monitoring;
• Maintenance of the database and timely submission of reports in full, according to the approved forms to the regional coordinator;
• Sending and receiving project correspondence;
• Work with document flow.
