In connection with the planned expansion of the recruitment department, we are looking for an employee in our system team for the position recruiter.
What we expect from you:
- Work experience at a similar position is welcome, but not mandatory;
- Confident PC skills;
- Desire to develop and raise the professional level;
- Unbiased attitude towards people;

- Ability to effectively plan, analyze, make decisions and be responsible for the result;
- High level of responsibility and attention;
- Multitasking.
- Search and timely selection of staff at the line and administrative level (initial stage of recruitment);
- Formation of the personnel reserve;
- Search for non-staff personnel to perform temporary work (outsourced);
- Participate in the opening of new stores;
- Control of the implementation internships for all positions and full management of all interns;
- Development of the company's HR brand in social networks and corporate culture within the company.
