What you will do: Search and timely recruitment of line and administrative level personnel (initial stage of recruitment); Formation of a personnel reserve; Search of part-time personnel to perform temporary work (outsourced); Participate in the opening of new stores; Control of internships for all positions and full management of all interns; Development of HR- the company's brand on social networks and the corporate culture within the company.
