Your tasks:

• Sourcing candidates - use a variety of methods, including both creative from you and boolean/x-ray search/LinkedIn Recruiter, etc. (we do not act according to the standard)

• Build close cooperation with Recruiters for quick and high-quality closing of the position.

• Conduct initial calls with candidates and reject irrelevant ones.

• Implement new tools to improve sourcing efficiency. What's new in AI?

• Critical thinking - information analysis, conclusions and arguments - these are your tools in negotiation.
• The level of English is sufficient for day-to-day communication, what was the point of learning it?)
• Analytical vision - numbers, metrics, immersion in requirements, you go deeper where the recruiter cannot)
• Proactivity - you will not rest until you get answers and the puzzle is completed
• Thinking out of the box - for new approaches, ideas, solutions that will stand out among others. Creative is our/your everything)))

Our process consists of:

Survey blitz (5 min = 5 questions) ➡️ Call from by a recruiter ➡️Interview with Head of Recruitment ➡️ Job offer 🥳
