Your tasks: p>
- Sourcing candidates - use a variety of methods, including both creative from you and boolean/x-ray search/LinkedIn Recruiter, etc. (we do not act according to the standard)
- Build close cooperation with Recruiters for quick and high-quality closing of the position.
- Conduct initial calls with candidates and reject irrelevant ones.
- Implement new tools to improve sourcing efficiency. What's new in AI?
:
- Critical thinking - information analysis, conclusions and arguments - these are your tools in negotiation.
- The level of English is sufficient for day-to-day communication, what was the point of learning it?)
- Analytical vision - numbers, metrics, immersion in requirements, you go deeper where the recruiter cannot)

Our process consists of:
