Hi-Fi equipment sales manager in Vinila Grup, TOV

Requirements:

It is important for us that you are passionate about the world of music, understand Hi-Fi equipment, and also have at least minimal experience in the field of sales.

Working conditions:

Comfortable office and showroom in the center of Kyiv (Podil)

Working schedule: 5/2 from 10:00 to 19:30. We have floating weekends

Duties:

• Meet guests in the showroom and select equipment for specific tasks, anticipating in advance all possible use cases that may not be considered by the client.
• Complete customer management from the first contact (online or in person in the showroom) to the moment when the music plays at home in the highest possible quality.
• Select, find and order goods from suppliers at the request of customers .
• Process and reconcile online orders.
• Communicate with customers by phone and online.
• Order current product for sale in the store.
• Track new brands, find distributors and negotiate cooperation.
• Update prices on the website and price aggregators
• Be able to quickly add the desired product to the website.
• li>Maintain the assortment of goods and order and cleanliness in the store.
• Prepare and issue the ordered goods, manage the calculation at the cash register.
• Work with returns, service centers, cases of defects.
