We are inviting a HelpDesk Support Engineer to our team !

both remotely and at the user's workplace.
  • Informing users about the progress of tasks and their results.
  • Escalation of complex or unresolved issues to the next level of support.
  • Registering and documenting incidents and requests in the Service Desk system.
  • Analyzing recurring problems and making suggestions for optimizing processes and procedures.
  • We would like to see the following experience and qualities in you:

    • Higher education in the field of telecommunications or related fields.
    • In-depth knowledge of operational MS Windows systems and the MS Office package.
    • Practical skills in working with computer hardware and peripheral devices, including printers.
    • Experience in Service Desk systems; basic knowledge of ITIL will be an advantage.
    • Understanding of working with popular client programs and applications: antivirus solutions, Adobe, AutoCAD, VPN clients, E?banking and others.
    • Understanding the principles of operation and basic configuration of IP networks.
    • High communication skills and customer orientation.
    • Analytical thinking and the ability to quickly find solutions.
    • Attention to details and the ability to effectively work with several tasks at the same time.
