Clario Customer Services is looking for Apps Helpdesk Agents to support our mobile app users worldwide!

What you will do: - Resolve technical problems and billing issues from users
- Refer complex or unresolved issues to developers for further resolution li>
- Collect and analyze user feedback to identify trends and patterns
- Make suggestions to improve workflows for more efficient and user-friendly interaction
- Organize and update articles in Sharepoint
- Working with Salesforce reports
- Attending online meetings to adjust or improve department processes
What is required for this position: b>
- English B2+
- Compliance with regulations and standards
- Communication skills
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
