To strengthen the Infrastructure team, we are looking for a Helpdesk Engineer/System Administrator. The position involves work from the office in Kyiv.
Required skills:
- Experience in the role of Helpdesk Engineer/System Administrator at least 6 months;
- Understanding of network protocols and network topology (DNS, DHCP, LDAP, NAT);
- Ability to effectively analyze and solve problems;
- Experience and desire day2day to work in a team and communicate with users;
- Experience in configuring and maintaining network devices;
- Knowledge and experience with Windows, Linux and MacOS operating systems.
Main tasks:
- Setup, installation, support and administration of Windows, MacOS, Linux operating systems;
- Identifying, analyzing and solving problems related to computers, software, networks and other systems;
- Installation and configuration of new equipment, as well as modernization and updating of existing equipment;
- Support and software updates on workstations and servers.;
- Providing technical support to users, answering their queries and helping to solve problems;
- Documentation of system setup, changes, and repairs.
Will be a plus:
- Higher education in a technical specialty;
- Experience with virtualization (VMware, Proxmox, KVM, etc.);
- Experience in configuring and managing databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.);
- Experience with the Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence, Crowd).
