We are looking for a Helpdesk Engineer/System Administrator to strengthen the Infrastructure team. The position involves the work of Zofis in Kyiv. Necessary skills: Experience in the role of Helpdesk Engineer/System Administrator for at least 1 year; Understanding of network protocols and network topology (DNS, DHCP, LDAP, NAT); Ability to effectively analyze and solve problems; configuration and maintenance of network devices; Knowledge and experience of working with Windows, Linux and MacOS operating systems. Main tasks: Configuration, installation, support and administration of Windows, MacOS, Linux operating systems; Detection, analysis and resolution of problems related to computers, software, networks, etc. systems; Installation and configuration of new equipment, as well as modernization and updating of existing equipment; Support and updating of software on workstations and servers.; Providing technical support to users, answering their requests and helping to solve problems; ;Experience in working with virtualization (VMware, Proxmox, KVM, etc.); Personal qualities of a Brainstack_ specialist: Sociable.
