Professional and personal competencies:

• Work experience - from 1-2 years; 

• Experience in working with Active Directory (GPO, DNS, DHCP), WDS services, SCCM ( OSD); 

• Installation and support of Windows 7-10 OS; 

• Installation and support of MS Office 2013 - 2019; 

• Experience with Office365; 

• Experience in configuring and supporting peripheral equipment; 

• Experience supporting Android mobile devices in an enterprise environment; 

• Experience in interacting with service centers;

• Experience in using tools for remote user support

Basic tasks: 

• Providing advice on the operation of the software;

• Providing software installation advice;

• Resolve PC related incidents;    

• Maintain documentation and records of PCs, user software and peripherals;

• User support;

• Develop tools for optimized centralized PC infrastructure support;

• Search and set up relationships with service centers to carry out repairs of warranty and non-warranty equipment;

• Maintain computer equipment;    

• Keep documentation and accounting of PC, user software and peripherals;    

• Maintain technical documentation of IT branches;   

• Publishing reference installation images on the WDS server.
