Currently, 25 projects are developing in our ecosystem in four main areas: mobile applications, online media, e-commerce and R&D. We are currently looking for a proactive and communicative Technical Support Specialist / L1 Technical Support Engineer / Helpdesk Engineer who will strengthen the technical support team of the Genesis head office. The team works on technical support for businesses of the Genesis holding ecosystem. You will be directly responsible for supporting one of the companies in the ecosystem, namely Universe Group. You will have the following tasks: Administration of Google Workspace, Slack, Okta; Support for migration to new services and accounts; Diagnostics and repair of equipment, interaction with contractors; Formation of policies for repair and replacement of equipment; Setup of video and audio equipment for conducting online events; Implementation of turnkey infrastructure solutions. We expect that you have: From 1 year of commercial experience in the role of Technical Support Specialist, L1 Technical Support Engineer or System Administrator; Experience in the administration of MacOS, Linux, Windows operating systems; Understanding of the basics of network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, FIreWall, VPN, Proxy, VLAN) and the principles of operation of WiFi networks and 802 standard; Experience in setting up video surveillance/printers/office equipment; Experience with Google Workspace and Slack; Understanding of the principles of SSO solutions; Confidence in multitasking conditions; Ability to identify and work with employee requests.
