We are currently looking for a proactive and personable Technical Support Specialist/ L1Technical Support Engineer/ Helpdesk Engineer to strengthen the Genesis head office technical support team. The team works on technical support for businesses of the Genesis holding ecosystem. You will be directly responsible for the support of one of the companies of the ecosystem, the Universe Group. You will have the following tasks: Administration of Google Workspace, Slack, Okta; Support for migration to new services and accounts; Diagnosis and repair of equipment, interaction with contractors; Formation of policies for repair and replacement of equipment; Setting up video and audio equipment for online events; Implementation of "turnkey" infrastructure solutions. We expect that you will: From 1 year of commercial work experience in the role of Technical Support Specialist, L1Technical Support Engineer or System Administrator; Experience in administration of MacOS, Linux, Windows operating systems; Understanding the basics of network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, FireWall, VPN, Proxy, VLAN) and principles of operation of WiFi networks and the 802 standard; Experience in setting up video surveillance/printers/office equipment; Experience with Google Workspace and Slack; Understanding the principles of operation of SSO solutions; Confidence in the conditions of multitasking; Ability to identify and work with employee requests.
