strong>Expectations from the candidate:

• Higher education;
• Desirable work experience in a similar position in a system company of 1 year;
• In-depth knowledge of Windows 10/11 and MS Office 365;

• Experience with remote access software (TeamViewer, AnyDesk);

• Balanced personality type, ability to work with users, stress resistance, ability to work under deadlines, desire to learn and develop.

Tasks:

• Processing of user appeals in the Jira Service Management system;
• Management of user accounts in Active Directory; 
• Maintenance and support of the printing fleet (Canon, Xerox, Kyocera) and mobile devices;

• Participation in the development and implementation of new solutions together with the team;
• Procurement and installation of equipment;
• Perform other tasks related to user support and IT infrastructure companies
