Duties: Organization of uninterrupted operation of IT infrastructure and equipment to ensure quality service. Creation of simple landing pages for the needs of the team. Implementation of technologies for automation and optimization of processes. Coordination of team work, distribution and control of tasks. Administration of farms and HelpDesk departments. Ensuring professional development and training of team members. Forming reports on the work of the department. Requirements: Work experience in the position of an integrator for at least six months. Knowledge of cloud IT infrastructures, server solutions (Windows, Linux), ticket systems (service desk), basic server configuration (nginx, PHP-FPM 7.4, PHP-FPM 8.1, reverse proxy). Understanding of Rest API basics, HTTP requests , S2S postbacks for interaction with data exchange. VPN (OpenVPN) skills. Ability to work with cloaks and trackers. Ability to monitor the status and operation of servers, domains, trackers. Developed communication skills and the ability to resolve conflict situations.
