We invite a specialist for the vacancy Help Desk Specialist (system administrator) for the period of military remote working mode. Basic competencies: Work experience of 2 years or more in a similar position; Education not lower than secondary special education; Technical English; Ability to work in stressful situations; Excellent communication skills. What needs to be done: receiving and processing applications from users, monitoring their implementation, informing users about the statuses of application execution; consulting users on local network and software issues; providing technical and software support to users, if necessary, involving relevant specialists of the IT department / related departments / external service providers; keeping records of computer equipment in the mode of interchangeability with employees of the IT department.
