Office-based position only + business tripsDutiesand Responsibilities:What the job holder will beresponsible for and evaluated onSystem DevelopmentImplement and develop NPA ICT policies and procedures, handbooks, and guidelines,Develop and configure general hardware and networking systems, peripherals, and accounts.,Assign and monitor access level tousers,Develop and maintain online forms supporting programme administration,Collaborate and communicate withHQ ITstaff for email address creation and approvals ofcases.Prepare detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining ICT related systems, capabilities, and processes.ServerMaintenance and UpdateOrganize, install, plan, and improve networking servers and back-ups.Install, configure, and upgrade desktop hardware and peripherals toinclude network cards, printers, modems, mice, and add-in boards.Perform and schedule backup asper the NPA policy.Setup and maintain imaging devices,Support with VHF/HF maintenance and configuration.Implement required security protocols.Systems Management andMaintenanceTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems.Perform routine ICT tasks torepair and maintain all NPA computers.Operate wireless LAN (Workgroup), V-SAT, Computers, multimedia, and other technical resources.Overview usage and distribution ofsatellite phones and other communication equipment, prepare and follow uponpayments.Install windows operating system, MSOffice, Anti-viruses and other software and applications.Keep accurate inventory ofall ICT equipment.Procurement ofICT EquipmentMaintain ICT equipment hardware, software and other resources available and well maintained atall times.Approve and facilitateIT equipment’s procurement.Develop alist ofstandardised ICT equipmentICT SupportVisit field locations and provide ICT support whenever required.Any other duties that may berequested and assigned bythe supervisor from time totime.PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:ICT equipment infully functional condition and accounted for,Servers updated and functioning,Network and other ICT related systems are managed and maintained regularly,Timely ICT support provided to different field offices.This position involves business trips tothe controlled territory ofUkraine.Due tothe large number ofapplications wereceive, weare unable torespond toeach one.
