We offer: timely payment of wages (twice a month); paid vacation and sick leave; work for a stable company that has been on the market for more than 25 years; official employment from the first working day; the workplace is located at the address: Kyiv region, Brovarsky district, Trebukhiv village (there is corporate transport from Livoberezhna, Chernihivska metro stations and from the city of Brovary) Requirements: knowledge of PC hardware, principles of software installation and configuration , peripheral equipment, drivers and network; knowledge of the Windows 7, 10, 11 OS architecture at the system administrator level; experience in building and maintaining hardware and software solutions for the organization of data storage systems (Raid 0,1,5,10); Requirements responsibilities: organization of user workplaces (preparation of hardware, installation/updating of OS, general system software, as well as application programs in accordance with the specialization of company employees); diagnosis and resolution of problems in the operation of software and hardware of user workplaces, block repair or preparation equipment for transfer to the service center; user support, consulting on the operation of computer systems and services; support of the printing infrastructure and printer park (office laser/jet, MFP, printers for printing labels), replacement of consumables, surface diagnostics of problems, basic repairs or preparing the equipment for transfer to the service center; ensuring/restricting user access to the local computer network and the main information services of the company; installation of SCS and physical connection of devices to active network equipment (cable laying is performed by employees of the main energy department); securing/restricting access users to external Internet resources and services in accordance with approved permits; ensuring the operation of the IP telephony system (configuration and installation of IP telephony terminals); maintenance/repair/modernization of video surveillance, access control, security alarm systems (interaction with subcontractors); accounting and updating inventory data on IT assets; Preferably: experience with IP telephony, SIP protocol and the ability to configure IPPBX (FreePBX/Asterisk); with security alarm systems Ajax, Satel; work\administration skills of Linux\Unix based operating systems.
