The Help Desk Specialist role is critical to our team. Working in our office in Kyiv, you will provide effective IT support for onsite and remote employees, quickly solving problems with hardware and software.

Format of work: office, city of Kyiv.

  • You will have the following tasks:

    • Administration of Google Workspace, Slack, Okta.
    • Support for migration to new services and accounts.
    • Diagnosis and repair of equipment, interaction with contractors.
    • Formation of policies for repair and replacement of equipment.
    • Setting up video and audio equipment for online events.
    • Implementation of turnkey infrastructure solutions.

    We expect you to have:

    • From 1 year of commercial work experience in the role of Technical Support Specialist, L1 Technical Support Engineer or System Administrator.
    • Experience in administration of MacOS, Linux, Windows operating systems.
    • Understanding of the basics of network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, FireWall, VPN, Proxy, VLAN) and principles of operation of WiFi networks and the 802 standard.
    • Experience in setting up video surveillance /printers/office equipment.
    • Experience with Google Workspace and Slack.
    • Understanding the principles of operation of SSO solutions.
    • Confidence in multitasking conditions.
    • Ability to identify and work with employee requests.
