Future tasks:

• Accepts, registers and supports user requests for software, services and IT equipment.
• Follows software incidents.
• Installs updates and installs software according to procedures.
• Restores workstations and peripherals to a standard state, including remotely.
• Advises employees (including external companies) regarding IT services.
• Informs users about services and provides the necessary documentation.
• Forms and submits reports within established deadlines.
• Performs mass user briefings.

We will have an ideal match if you you have:

• complete higher education or a student of the last years
• Experience in IT
• Knowledge of Windows OS, network protocols, basics of domain administration.
• Skills in working with remote access and domain rights.
• Ability to install and configure software.
• Communication, ability to teach and advise users
