You are suitable if you have:

• basic or incomplete higher education in the relevant field of study (bachelor, junior specialist)
• knowledge of the features of the functioning of software from Microsoft and user administration in ActiveDirectory;
• knowledge of the features of the functioning of software from Microsoft office 20** and Office 365;
• knowledge of the methods of installing and configuring application software on a PC;
• knowledge of the features of the functioning of IT equipment, the principles of the structure of information networks, methods of searching and diagnosing system malfunctions and applied software;
• high analytical and communication skills;
• knowledge of the English language (preferred);
• fluent command of the Ukrainian language, competent writing;
• skills in working with a personal computer at the level of an experienced user;
• ability to rationally use working time;
