Responsibilities:
Purpose of the position: to provide IT support for internal users regarding the operation of the bank's software complexes.
- Processing of appeals and incidents regarding the operation of head office systems
- Filtering errors of the Bank's software complexes
- Prioritization of errors by criteria: criticality of errors, mass of errors, segment of VIP customers
- Fix simple bugs.
