We are looking for a Help Desk Engineer to join our team.
Requirements:
• Experience in similar position from 1+ year;
• Good understanding of network technologies (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS,VPN, SIP) ;
• Knowledge of OS (MacOS, Windows and Linux) at administrator level;
• Good knowledge of Google Workspace;
• Experience with Jira, Confluence;
• Experience with deployment tools;
• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting software;
• Experience with modular repair;
• Good communication skills;
• Ready to work shifts
• English B1
Responsibilities:
• Providing technical support to the company’s employees, including remote ones;
• Maintenance of office computers and office equipment;
• Manage MDM, credentials, group policies, access rights;
