We invite you to our team for the position of Supervisor of the team of incoming line operators (6-8 employees).

You will be responsible for organizing the work of the operator team, developing their skills and improving customer service processes.

Main responsibilities:

• Development and support of the team: training, mentoring, assistance in working with clients.
• Organization of the daily work of the team and control of its efficiency.
• Ensuring a high level of service and supporting the team in solving difficult situations.
• Evaluating the quality of calls, analyzing work results, providing feedback.
• Motivating the team and creating a positive atmosphere in job.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in a similar position or in the field of customer service / banking;
• Strategic and analytical thinking, a high level of customer orientation and attentiveness;
• Ability to communicate effectively and motivate others;
• Team organization skills
