Heating engineer Chief project engineer (GIP), designer in TEPLO KONSTRUKTOR

We are a company that manufactures highly efficient heat-insulated pipes in Austria -AUSTROPUR, AUSTROISOL. We have been reducing heat energy consumption in Ukraine for more than 10 years.

We are the official representative of European plants ISOPLUS (the largest manufacturer in Europe), ARMACELL, WATTS in Ukraine.

Dear candidates, we are looking for a designer, general practitioner (female or male) for long-term cooperation. We ask you to carefully read the requirements for your qualities and skills. We conduct periodic trainings, but we expect you to be a specialist who:

• Has a higher professional education (engineering and technical, construction; specialization — engineer-designer of heat supply systems);
• Has experience in a similar position for at least 5 years;
• Has comprehensive knowledge of engineering networks;
• Knows the current regulatory bases and documentation that regulate activities in construction (DBN, DSTU);
• Confident user of AutoCAD, other specialized graphic programs, as well as MS Office, PDF editor;
• Knows the requirements for the development of project documentation;
• Responsibly accompanies projects, namely: plans, agrees on deadlines, coordinates and controls the actions of participants, maintains internal documentation in CRM;
• Able to manage projects (communication with the customer, collection of initial data, control over the quality and deadlines of work, passing comprehensive expertise);
• Easily communicates with commercial and utility customers during project implementation;
• It is desirable to have experience with tender documentation for utility customers;
• It is desirable to have experience in negotiations with directors, technical directors, chief engineers, GIP;
• Has analytical abilities and self-discipline;
• Has attention to detail, responsibility, efficiency in solving assigned tasks, flexibility.

Your tasks will be:

• Full project support;
• Coordinating the interaction algorithm with the customer and subcontractors at all stages of project management;
• Working with tender documentation for utilities of customers;
• Receive, prepare and process the technical task;
• Prepare technical information for the customer;
• Participate in forums, exhibitions, conferences in your region;
• Negotiate with customers or their representatives on all technical issues related to the application of the company’s products;
• Teamwork with by other divisions of the company at various stages of object implementation;
• Responsibly work in CRM for efficient use of time and resources.
