Currently, 25 projects are developing in our ecosystem in four main areas: mobile applications, online media, e-commerce and R&D.

We are currently looking for a Health Specialist who will be responsible for supporting the physical and mental health of employees through health insurance programs, effective organization of health events and initiatives.

Your tasks will be:

• Processing and solving requests of employees in the health field;
• Communication with brokers;
• Coordination of the employee insurance process;
• Informing employees about insurance conditions, consulting on medical services and coverage;
• Support of employees in insurance cases;
• Assistance in conducting and organizing health events, medical examinations;
• Analysis and monitoring of personnel health: organization of preventive examinations, medical measures, vaccinations, analysis of the general state of health of employees;
• Working with cross insurance: travel, accident, auto insurance and more.

What we expect from you:

• Experience with health insurance up to 1 year;
• Work with insurance in any field (not only IT);
• Working with Excel at the basic level;
• Creating and working with Google forms and Word;
• High communication skills;
• Empathy: willingness to help with employee requests;
• Time management and self-organization skills;
• Stress resistance and attention to detail.
