People are our main value and driver of development. That is why we are expanding the direction of Employee Health Benefits and are looking for a Health Specialist / Health Insurance Specialist who will become part of our Benefits Team and help ensure a high level of care for employees.

This role is about service, about organizing processes, about constant interaction with people and about creating a high-quality, stable and understandable health experience within the company.

Your zones Responsibilities:

Daily support of employees

• Processing and resolution of employee requests regarding health insurance and health-direction.
• Support of insurance cases (travel / accident insurance / medical insurance).
• Communication with insurance companies, brokers and internal teams.

Administration of insurance programs

• Maintenance and updating lists of insured employees (UA + Global).
• Preparation of documents for insurance providers, updates and extensions.
• Control of data relevance in all databases.
• Formation of reporting.

Internal communications and process support

• Update of information materials in Notion and Google Drive.
• Support of health activities, participation in internal initiatives.
• Collaboration with HR, recruiting and PR on communications and service improvement.

Important for us:

• 1+ year of experience working with insurance programs or in Health / HR / Benefits / Medical Insurance. (employee of 1000+ employees)
• Understanding the work of insurance companies, processes of registration and support of policies.
• Experience of working with large volumes of data and attention to detail.
• Communication, service and ability to work with different types of requests.
• Analytical thinking and structural approach.
• English language at B1+ level
• Knowledge Polish language will be an advantage
