Itenables everyone toenjoy food and beverages inthe most elegant, safe and responsible way.Weare looking for anexperienced HSE Manager who has arobust knowledge and can demonstrate significant successes and arecord ofachievement ofthe safety management inthe workplace and engage employees inprograms that ensure safe practice inthe workplace.KEY TASKSOversee and maintain standards of H&S inthe work environment inaccordance with current and new Safety and Environment legislation.Advise management on H&S laws and regulations which affect the company and its employees.Carry out regular site safety audits, risk assessments and document the findings and implement necessary corrective actions.Elaborate safety guidelines based oncorporate and law requirements.Provide health & safety trainings onnewcomers employees (blue-collar and white-collar workers).Maintain and review first aid arrangements, organizing appropriate training asnecessary.Organize trainings and simulate actions for employees incase ofanemergency situation.Conduct investigations into accidents ornear misses for identifing the root cause ofthe problem and making recommendations for how toprevent itfrom happening again.Consult with internal medical center onmedical issues that might arise.THE PROFILEPrevious 5+ successful experience working inamanufacturing environmentFamiliar with safe working practisesUnderstanding current HSE legislation and its impact onthe businessExperience ofevaluating environmental aspects and impactsExperience inHSE Management systems and proceduresHighly computer literate including agood working knowledge ofMS Office productsEnglish level inspoken and written languageCompetent indeveloping systems and proceduresProblem analysis and decision-making capabilityWEOFFERCompetitive salary and social packageIndexation ofwages atleast once ayearTransportation ofpersonnel from Kyiv, Bucha, IrpinDevelopment and professional trainings onagroup levelOnboarding process and team supportFree parking, free tea/coffee
